The weekend ritual of homemade biscuits is a pastime many of us (especially southerners) cherish. Whether you’re just starting out on your baking journey, or you’ve been making biscuits with grandma since you were old enough to smell them rising in the oven, this biscuit cutter is one for all those special moments in the kitchen. Pair it with our traditional rolling pin for biscuit perfection.

Finished with a natural, allergy-safe, food-grade oil. Made to endure daily use for years.

In the small rural community of Olivehill, Tennessee (population 675), Joseph and a few neighbors make rolling pins, biscuit cutters, bowls, utensils, and other kitchen essentials that are works of "functional art." True to the intention, his work is beautiful, timeless, and upscale, but ready for down home cooking.

  • Note: Due to the nature of wood and handmade products, each biscuit cutter has its own unique wood grain pattern and varies from product to product.

Handmade on a farm in Tennessee, USA

2.25" tall x 3.25” in diameter

Materials & Care

Black walnut, cherry, and maple.

Hand wash with warm water and unscented soap if needed. Do not soak. Wood products are not dishwasher safe.

All wood used for cooking tends to dry out overtime. Periodically apply our food-grade Wood Wax to keep your utensils and boards looking new. Apply wax by hand, wait 15 minutes, and buff with a rag for a beautiful matte finish.

Shipping & Packaging

Shipping is always free for orders over $100 (Domestic US). A $6.50 flat rate applies otherwise.

We use 100% compostable and recyclable packing supplies— paper (in multiple forms) being the most common. Apart from the clear protective sleeves for our art prints, we never use plastic.

Undamaged/unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund on the original payment method.

Some products – due to final clearance, weight, or fragility – are not eligible for return (will be noted in the product description).
