This oval serving tray made by Convivial is a statement piece for serving bread, cheese and charcuterie. Each piece is handmade using a proprietary sand stoneware and finished in a signature ivory glaze. The glaze on the rim of each piece has been removed to allow the warmth of the sand clay to be highlighted.

Convivial began in 2014 as a one woman show, wheel-throwing out of a home garage. They now operate out of a design space in Kansas City handcrafting each piece with traditional ceramic processes.  

All designs are dreamed up by the company founder and owner Chentell Shannon and are continually inspired by the mission to create ceramics that inspire others towards a life of conviviality — a friendly, lively, and enjoyable atmosphere around good company.

Shipping & Packaging

Shipping is always free for orders over $100 (Domestic US). A $9 flat rate applies otherwise.

We use 100% compostable and recyclable packing supplies— paper (in multiple forms) being the most common. Apart from the clear protective sleeves for our art prints, we never use plastic.
